Espaços Efêmeros – Construções Leves is a practical workshop focusing on the artistic medium and technical practice of Penique productions and the inflatable.
Participants were challenged to reinterpret space, particularly familiar spaces in their immediate surroundings – in this case it was the University campus of PUC – Rio.
Guided by Sergi Arbusà, founder of Penique productions, and lecturing architects Fernando Espósito & Adriana Sansão, of PUC-Rio and UFRJ respectively, students delivered three inflatables that challenged the concept of space onsite.
